well, evil people would either kill themselves---due to being evil. Or the less evil people would rebel against the more evil people, thus creating in time "good" people.

Evil can never be good. I know what you're saying but in the grand scheme of things, they'll always be considered evil whether evil or evil lite.

Imagine a bunch of lesser evil people scheming on the more evil people...about how to evilly do them in...will that make them more evil? And if they succeed, does that make them even more evil?
