since into my 3rd week of low carbing i know fats are superior. my fats are mainly from various nuts and those tofurky soy hot dogs, i also eat plenty of beans of course for fiber
its weird though i know fruits are healthy as fuck but all i did was get fat from them , sure i ate alot but i thought fruits were negative calories and "natural" hence they wouldnt cause weight gain
im still eating as much as i want, im just dieting in the sense of avoiding sugary sodas, avoiding fruits and fruit juices most of the time, and breads, pastas
im like 285-287
before i was like 310-315 eating anything and everything
i i wonder if im getting more vitamins in my blood, bone, and muscle from the lower carb diet
