(CBS-TV, 1978-1982) Original foam latex forehead and nose appliances worn by Lou Ferrigno in his signature role as Dr. David Banner’s transmogrification into “The Incredible Hulk.” This is the only forehead appliance ever to surface. A rare opportunity to acquire a complete set of prosthetics from this popular show. Obtained from a crew member on the series. The latex is in excellent, supple condition.
