Haha!

Aren't there two MMA style trainers on this board? Coach/Arce? Have either of you trained or sparred with Jones?

And isn't OneMoreRep a trainer or practitioner of Ju Jitsu? Have you rolled with Jones?

OneMoreRep trains with Renzo in NYC

Ah! We will have to get him to chime in here... As to if he has rolled with Renzo or any of the Gracie's, as well as possibly crossing paths with Eddie Bravo and Joe Rogan when they are in NYC periodically ...

  My story with Jones

I have a guy who I used to train... that now has his own gym in New York... his student got destroyed by Jon in a comp... he told me when and how it went down... said that this Jones kid is a beast... six months later, he was in the UFC and slamming Bonnar all over the cage

I've rolled with Renzo Gracie and most of the Gracies that come by the academy, as well as many UFC fighters.

I've also rolled with both Eddie Bravo and Joe Rogan, while I visited LA and spent a little time in Tenth Planet headquarters.

I've never rolled with Jones. I think the kid is extremely talented and too damn versatile for anyone to defeat at this point.

Jones has youth, speed, stamina, superior wrestling and explosive striking on his side. The kid is insanely talented.

He would beat the shit out of every single one of us in this forum. Hebrews fought in the arenas in Rome and throughout history we've always been the toughest motherfuckers on the planet. We used to fight and slay giants in the biblical days also. I'm not surprised.

lol.  Skinny twinks who can kick thinking they're all hardcore.  I had this guy who fought in the Olympics, skinny little Italian who was a master in TKD kick me and it felt hard but not enough to knock me down, maybe a little 125 pounder would have been.

I think the skill that really sets Jones apart from the rest of the field is his Greco-Roman wrestling skills. Guys can't stand too close to Jones because he will throw/slam them down to the mat... FAST.

Not anytime soon, unless he takes the Gina Carano route and gets cast as a supporting role for the Fast and the Furious series.

Check out Gina in Haywire.  She takes a licking and keeps on ticking.
