My neice has it, we were very worried about her when she was young as she had no fera of anything, she didnt understand danger.
She used to memorise books you would read to her and then go page to page "reading" the book even though she couldnt read.
She remembered what you said and associated that with a specific page turned.

If you turned over two pages she would say the words from the previous page.

She turned out OK though, she writes sketches for the Two Ronnies   (that bits just a joke)

Had the pleasure of working with some right mongols over the years.
Worst was probably when i worked in the stonemakers and shared a bench with this scruffy fucker who hadnt had a shave of haircut in years. His stinking beard wat tied at the end with a bit of bootlace.
