lowish carb dieting is key
eliminating fruits and fruit juices is key
eliminate all breads, dont eat much rice , having some is okay
replace fruits with veggies of all types
eat nuts of all types
eat beans of all types
eat tofu of all types
eat cheeses of all types
drink diet sodas
for desserts:
eat some sugar free icecream
eat some chocolate fiber one cereal
drink plenty of water most importantly
always eat what you need, if you feel like eating a shitload of walnuts and cashews go for it until your content
always maximize your bean intake when you feel like it
if you dont feel like eating much more dont eat, no need to force feed
as long as you can stand and move you dont need food
if your taking a break and sitting down but dont feel like standing back up because your dieting and lethargic, drink tons of water, if that doesnt work, have a diet sunkist, if that doesnt work have some peanut butter, you should be more then good to go by then
always start of the day with a mixed grain high fiber cereal, dont eat a big bowl just have a small bowl. sometimes this is enough to carry you through the whole day, sometimes its not enough so first food choice after morning cereal should be peanutbutter/mixed nuts
sometimes i can go all out on sugar free icecream milkshakes with whole milk and it tastes just like a good regular southern milkshake without sugar crash and i dont feel like binging but i eat a good amount
samething with the chocolate fiber one cereal, ill have a nice sized bowl of it with whole milk, very satisfying after a couple cans of navy beans
