Roger or anyone can you recommend a good pan that is actually non stick. My scrambled egg always sticks somewhat to the pan even if I spray cooking oil or butter on it. I just need a small totally non stick affordable pan that can hold about 4 eggs or so.

No, but when you find a good one I think maybe it's important (double check) to only clean it with paper towels or something, not soap. I've got a common non stick ceramic one from Aldi and it's staying very non stick that way.

You can always tell when a guy is Russian. They have a Russian look. Can't be explained. Something just looks off.
