Waking up at 7am, then Glutamine and BCAAs, waiting 30 minutes, then cardio. Now I know where I've been going wrong, been waiting an hour myself and getting up at 6.30am.

me too but the problem i have no glutamine.. can i take milk powder instead??..

Just drink some chocolate milk Sherieff works as good just calories are higher.

meso, dont be a jackass, it doesnt matter,the muscle cant tell wheter its machine, free weight, cables, or no weight and just pure flexing.

as long the contraction is there, itll do the job.

and hes walking around since 2 weeks with striated glutes, do you know how you feel when you so lean?you feel pretty much dead, with half hours energy sparks ranfdomly through the day where you feel ok-ish, but the rest of day you feel like shit.

rest assured the guy has done his fair share of heavy enough lifting, that physique didnt fall from the blue sky on to his skeleton.

3 weeks before olymia, 2 weeks into striated glutes bodyfat territory, very little food, do the math.

he focusses on rom and contraction,many ppl should do the same, could be useful to them.

i can do squats with 4 plates and acceptable rom, but i do 2 plates with full rom.why?bc its better.

the guy eats dry chicken with little bit dry rice,if any,hes not gonna become strongest man alive next few weeks.

No one is saying he should deadlift 800lb or I barbell rows with 5plates
All I'm saying is that workout looks uninspiring...

And Dorian no matter what they lifted or what machine the made it intense... Like watching Dorian doing nautilus machine lat pull underarm lat pull downs ... He made it intense
That's why now when you look at these guys they don't have the same look to their muscles .
