You got to have carbs until the last few days of comp you know this OTH. First thing your body is going to use is sugar/carbs then it goes to protein or fat use.

I am A no carb guy, although I do eat a lot of veggies which are carbs but we don't classify veggies as carbs nowadays, when someone say they 200 grams of carbs, it is complex carbs they speak of.

Now the reason this was a surprise is because how little amount of carbs he is using, 150 for 260 pounder is so low and to do 2 cardio sessions to boot, man PHIL is bringing the 90's type suffering back to the game, that is  crazy will

Agreed, the green veggies carry low carb and low cals. These you can eat around the clock. Suprising if I did that at that size I would pass the fuck out. Complex carbs a whole different story.

the point is, he points out they eat very little carbs.

this says it all, and theyre monsters, monsters, how much carbs would a guy my size need then?not so many,it seems,eh?
The point also is 1 cardio session alone destroys the calories from the carbs and yet he does one more cardio session,

150, that's like me or you taking 75

He probably did not diet on 150gms carbs from the beginning. I know Dorian ate alot of carbs while dieting, he only went to 150gms for carb depletion.
