« on: October 04, 2013, 04:29:26 PM »
so i got tired of being a fat slob, so i started getting up at 6:30 AM doing 40 minutes of cardio at my gym. then i go home and eat about three meals, and go back to the gym for my heavy lifting. i have to say, im feeling pretty good. before, i would sleep like a loser untill
9 am. now, im back home by 8 am, awake, ready to go. i have just started this new routine, and so far so good. four days of 40 minute on a empty stomach, with a little black coffee. feels like im already losing weight. and im 56. that is all
