What does that have to do with this thread?

Haven't competed yet so not sure if I've broken any records yet. Training has been a little inconsistent but I managed an easy 500 box squat on Tuesday. I had at least another 50lbs in me. Started benching again after a bicep tendon strain and hit 405 fairly easy. Squat was just wraps and a belt. Not sure what the record is for someone who's 51 and 220.

Well if you stopped Silva from taking last minute fights, and Kongo from those shiny machines at 24 hour fitness, congrats. Did Kongo eat up to the fight or deplete like a bodybuilder heading into a contest?

Jay trained for a full 10 weeks and yes, Kongo ate more...not as much as I would have liked, but it was more.

Douchebag, you made a lengthy post several weeks ago stating, you weren't working with MMA guys anymore because of their poor work ethics.

Douchebag, I also said that I promised Jay a while ago I would train him for one more fight. Jay.actually has a great work ethic. Shows up on time and other than some bitching that the training is hard, he did it.
