i find i enjoy baked apples. like 3 whole red apples at a time ill add a few tablespoons of butter, some flavored oatmeal, some flour, and some cobbler seasoning wich is basically somesugar and flour i guess and some sugar free icecream. by the way 3 big red apples is alot. I need to make these with granny smith green apples im sure that would have a superior taste but this is still good, continue to read on children..
its not a whole shit load of adding sugar and oatmeal, it is minimal additions
the key is that i want to eat tons of apples, i rate apples higher than oatmeal, wouldnt you? if not then why? cooked apples are superior, anything cooked means your body will obtain more vitamins compared to when its raw, and you get to obtain more calories wich is good
you see when you eat raw apple your body wont obtain much energy from it
unless its during the day and your digestive fire is stronger, nearly anything eatin during the day will give you energy in varying degrees. thus it is hard for most to learn what gives them superior energy during the day (because everyfood seems to work decently) , unless you are tested minite by minite with manual labor. Most people dont really want to learn wat food is superior during the day, they are more interested in getting the work day over with.
your digestive fire is weaker at night, and you find it harder to obtain energy because thats the way its supposed to be,...but you want to obtain energy anyway, thus this is the way im showing you how to do that (obtaining energy at night that is)
ill do a short rephrase: so if you eat raw apple at night, it wont work for you in the same way a raw apple would work for you during the day. So you have to cook it down real good to benefit from it
my cooked apples are like a heavy sugary desert , its mostly pure apple base. but the toppings agree with the cooked apples so well it makes the dessert dish really fucking tasty anyways
i am not a fan of oatmeal by itself. ive already done diets where oatmeal was the base of the diet. i cannot say great or highly negative things, i can just say i dont feel the power of the oatmeal the same way i do with cooked apples. apples feel superior and have vitamin b-17 with kills cancer
