When I was younger I was obsessed by the 1200 club....but once I benched 4, sqt 4, and dl 4.... The thrill was over now I don't go over 2 plates for sqt nor over 8 for leg press, and won't bench over 3 plates, no need does nothing for esthetics.

And Sev after going through this for 3 months imagine 7 months of no lifting and only today did I do 225 for 5 reps....9 months post op....13 months from MVA date.

Dude get off your ass, and frickin go super saiyan

Seriously great physique, don't let yourself go further. When I had to get off HRT my body went to shit like that too... I gained 5" on waist within 3 weeks thats how bad it went down and lost a TON of lean mass rapidly... Yet took a year to whip myself back in shape when I got back on HRT. As far as cutting it usually takes me two months to transform myself to shredded mode but never used t3... just shit ton of dieting and cardio every day on point... and lifting six times a week.

Good job on what you did achieve prior to letting yourself go though.

Curious what the cycle went by you mention tren, dbol, test, t3, clen, but no specifics on cycle length/dosages. What about diet? Chicken and veggies only lol.

I hope you're not insinuating he's natural.... look at the veins on his quads, he's as juiced up as anyone

Tedim is an ace guy...but a bit naive when it cones to PEDS. I think he wants to think highly of certain people

same weight as in the left, 83 kilos

arm size?  :D

You really weigh the same in both those pics?  That's remarkable.  It's a good demonstration that height & weight don't tell you anything about a physique.

I've just come back from a 2 week all inclusive holiday Sat in the sun all day barely even walked. 178ibs to 191in 14days look like a middle aged fat guy. 2 days back and one cycling ride and have already gone down to 185 but it's amazing the difference 1 1/2 stone extra does to your shape

178 to 191 is not 1 1/2 stone. It's not even a full 1 stone. 1 stone = 14 pounds.

And it appears you had to work at it to make yourself look just a little more pathetic in these photos. There's the overly sad expression on your face and then there is you pushing your gut out to the point of looking like you have scoliosis of the spine or an extreme swayback. You look soft as compared to earlier photos and you appear to have a very sallow completion. Perhaps a little hit in the tanning bed would help with this.

Why are you so down? It is time for you to start feeling good about yourself. Stand up straight and suck in that gut. Just doing that should give you a little more energy.
Very well observed .. I am pasty, shitty skin, I hunched and inflated my stomach plus the sad face .. it will make the comparison with the after more dramatic.

it's the gym at the tennis club haha .. the curtain encloses a small area where you can change .. it's a make shift place if you will so take it up with my father  ;D

what the fuck

i dont know how you can be proud of being an inconsistent weakling
I am doing a service to idiots like you so they can learn what happens when you don't train and eat like shit and how you change in a relatively short time.

I don't want to imagine .. look at me now and imagine another few months. I also noticed that after 5-6 weeks you start feeling a little depressed and unable to do something about it. Granted, I could've started working out much earlier and eat clean the whole time but it is what it is.

I did stop letting go.. I am back in the gym and dieting.

for that shape I did 5 weeks of 1gtren, 300 prop, 300 dbol, 50mcg t3 and 60 mcg clen .. lean meats and veggies. Took me 4 weeks to look like that from my clean slim version.

Yes, I weigh exactly 83.3 kg's as I did at the end of april when I finished that transformation and cycle and took the photo.

It is true that it is an illusion and some are better than others at it. I am 5'11" and weighed 184 lbs in both pics.

I'm from Poland, my friend knows personally Russian coaches and Polish athletes who competed at the Olympics. Russians are said to be roided to the gills, they take everything they can afford and in insane amounts. They don't have to worry about random tests because of visa program :P

I like Sev, Groink and other guys from this board because they destroy the minsconception of "eat big to get big" :D Eat big to get fat and, inject a lot and lift a lot to get big.
