I idea of small girls or women doing snatches -- i.e. flinging barbells over their heads, is completely fucking ridiculous, unless you happen to be an orthopedist.

This is the bitter sweet part about the new found experts of the fitness world. As anyone experienced in real weightlifting or powerlifting would know, you dont just start nailing perfect clean and jerks overnight. OR even squats for that matter.
