The house is in Cali...in the  Santa Clarita area.

Santa Clarita....good real estate

So that big pad was an apartment?

I just assumed because it looked pretty big from the War of the Worlds.

Right on Bob, Santa Clarita. I used to live there a few years back. Very nice. Your a little ways from Venice though.

I was thinking the same thing. 

Bob...you changing gyms to one closer or will you still rotate down to Venice a few days out of the week?

I won't commute...I'll go into Venice 1-2 times a week, I can train at a Golds around my house the rest of the time.

Thats what I figured from my above post.  Weekends would be cool...no traffic.  I used to do something like that but only went on certain days for specific training like legs because I like the equipment better.

Props on the new house/wife/ & child on the way.


Did you think this time last year all of this would have happened this time this year?

Crazy how all this happens & falls into place.
