Hmm. He seemed to be more uncomfortable then in serious distress. Well, I have no experience with these things, so you could be right. I did find it odd that everyone was more interested in their cell phones then the dude laying in the middle of the intersection.

There is no chance I would ever be in this situation, but it did seem that the authorities were not at all concerned with the criminal's well being. I guess this is one way to deal with those who have no regards for others or the law. It seems a bit harsh, but I have been known to be something of a bleeding heart at times.

I couldn't hear or understand what he said. I doubt folks always know when they are dying, but then I have never died, so I can't be sure about that. What was clear is that no one intended to help him. Question is, does anyone know whether he died or not?

I was simply going by what I saw in the video. As I said, I could neither hear no understand what he was saying. He seemed to move around a lot and did not appear to be in shock. But you are right, I am no expert either from the medical sense or from personal experience, since I've never been shot.
