Fuck at my first show at 17 I was natural and almost didn't even diet, now at 26 I stop watching what I eat for a few days even on gear and I look like shit almost instantly.

You never see a large old pfuck (80 -95)....only skinny ones. In Febuary I stopped 60 years of weight lifting, dropped protein from 300mg to 100mg and cut my already modest HRT in half. I now hike agressive hills around the Phoenix area and mountain trails at 7,000' elevation in Arizona's White Mountains. I have dropped 20+ pounds. 25+ mileas a week. My 18 years younger bride and I celebrate our one year anniversary today. Pic is of me 2 years ago at 71.

I don't need to justify anything. I don't have sex with guys or gals for that matter at this point in my life and I am not ashamed of anything I've done in the past.

You make a good point. I spent a lifetime wanting to be big with modest success. Now I realize that being big is not all it's cracked up to be. Fortunately my genetics win out in the end and I always end up slim. I don't lift heavy these days and my diet is modest and healthy.

My bride is not 18 years younger then me, but she wishes she were! I love her none the less. She married a younger man (robbed the cradle, some might say). I am 1 1/2 years younger then my wife. She challenged me by telling me that when she was old and gray I had to remain young and handsome....well the handsome part was a joke from the get go.
