agreed. If these gimmicks knew that they would be gone in a matter of minutes, and not have weeks to dick around here before someone gets around to banning them they would act very differently.

That would not be fair. Ron should give the mods Ban hammers, only after a majority vote from all mods. A name comes up, and the mods vote.

Ron should almost never be brought into the mix (unless he wants to)
