fake mast?

So i was injecting 150mg (1.5cc)  in  eod last time i switched to delts and it pretty much ruined all the delt- arm definition so u can actually spot the injection site also while i was injecting in the glutes i always had kind  ???of water retention area between the glutes and lower back so wtf is that?
