Not me.

He reminds me too much of a young Monta Ellis. Flashy empty stats.

Remember Monta's first couple years in the league his efficiency was off the chart (shot 60% for an entire season I believe, could be wrong) and was supposed to be the next great PG until don nelson ruined his career forever by making him play SG.

I'm not impressed until he takes his team to the playoffs. He has enough talent around him now. No reason they should look this bad.

Flashy? He is one of the very few youngsters with sound fundamentals .. after the basics he can do all he wants

Doesn't get back on D. Gambles for steals instead of moving his feet. Puts his head down and dribbles into traffic and doesn't see teammates.

Superb talent, but the mind ain't right. He has had too many 30 pt 2 assist games. He needs to make his teammates better.

Hețll learn and adapt .. I see him talented (don't mean as a dribbler scorer)

Nelson's lack of guidance definitely hurt Monta's game.

What might have been just as bad was being such a young NBA player (no college) learning the game by watching teammates Baron Davis and Stephen Jackson.

How could young Monta help thinking that "hero ball" was the way to play?

I'm happy he's getting a chance now with the Mav's but as a Dubs fan, I'm much more happy that he took his undisciplined game out of town so Curry could flourish.

Honestly, Jordan set the league back years, he was so good that all these guys who should have been typical power forwards, small forwards and point guards all tried to be the next best shooting guard after Jordan.Problem is there is only one Jordan. Now you have point guards who want to lead the team in scoring, power forwards who want to shoot 18 foot jumpers and small forwards looking like they are trying out for an and1 tour.

Jabari Parker is superior IMO.

If Paul Pierce and Steph Curry had a baby, it'd be Parker.

This dude scores in a million ways.

And that Julius Randle kid looks like reincarnation of Karl Malone, only taller and more athletic. Strong like a bull, long like a gazelle, built like a bodybuilder, quick and agile, can pass, can post up, can drive a little.

And only 18. WTF are kids eating these days?
