anyway guys in all honestly there are as many great physiques on this board than anywhere online that I've seen since I've been here.

a lot of boards you'll read threads / posts by guys abt how to use tren at x dose. then after some cajoling he'll produce a pic you'll be like wtf.

that's what turned me off boards for a while. since I've been here tho I gotta say from what I've seen you guys all walk the walk and it's awesome to see.

I think what I consider 'great' is when someone maximizes their genetics. groink has the genetics to be a big dude w massive arms and carry his weight very well. something abt his build tell me he was prolly a good athlete in his day. I don't think he walks like a typical big guy, you know that walk?

ukjeff on the other hand doesn't have the genetics to be a freak like that. he's got smaller joints that I think aren't meant to hold a lot if muscle. his bellies are not deep or round like groinks. thats not drugs that generics and I think he's done as much as he could w his as groink has his own.

All nonsense aside gentlemen, ukjeff has a good physique for any age. As someone who is in their mid-40's, I can attest to the fact that training changes over the course of your life and attaining good, long-lasting results become more and more difficult, especially if you are natural.

For all the shit that is slung in his direction, ukjeff has a good build and is also very witty. No one person on this forum or "team" got ukjeff removed. Ukjeff was removed because he asked to be removed and insisted on going after those he felt had wronged him on the forum without respect for our staff, plain and simple.

I had no qualms with ukjeff returning and simply asked that he contribute to the site in a way that could bring humor, bodybuilding advice and more of his overall knowledge regarding nutrition to the forum.

His feud with bigmc aside, the man has a good build for his age and no one can detract from that. I honestly think that looking towards the future, these quarrels involving ukjeff and bigmc (amongst others) should be put to an end. Everyone has something to contribute and ukjeff can be a solid contributing member if allowed to.



I commend him for posting a recent shot of himself that is very clear and indicative of the level of conditioning he finds himself in.
