obviously the effects of cranium transplant coupled with some voodoo magic, nothing to do with the fact that the head in first pic is much smaller resulting in a thicker red line and a amplification of angle differences between both pics.

In one pic from those links, he has an ear lobe, and today he does not...Why the hell did  he have surgery done to his ears?

when you have a face lift they cut around the ear and stitch it up into the lobe area.
