i just read again yester some american uni study, the withdrawals and addiction grade of sugar is on par with cocaine!
fucking hell, this makes me understand the fatties a little bit.
i do eat bad foods too, when cant bear the diet no more, when the body lets you exactly know that it lacks all nutritients,and yeah its hard afterwardss to get back to clean eating.the study says the worst is after 3 hrs or so.
but after 6 youre already back to fatburning mode, with keeping that in mind, it helps to not continue, the fatties who dont train theyll just have another meal when they feel the cravings are unbearable.
training helps with this, bc the body will ask for "good" foods.

thats cool, but living for such an addiction is not worth it, all mindset, if i can do it, everyone can.its not like i wrote bethoven 9th sympony, im no special or anything.
