This guy is intriguing to listen to... but so full of bullshit. He is a marketing strategist and he has disabled all comments for his videos.
If anyone wants to take the time (trainers who actually want to be knowledgeable) to listen to this guy, I'd like to hear your comments.
This guy is as dogmatic as Mentzer, and as he pulls down on his machines, which in turn causes a forced negative repetition, he spews forth complete drivel about the necessity of strength training.
You will have to listen closely to what he says, probably numerous times to pick up on his B.S.
He doesn't want to be contradicted, yet he does nothing but contradict himself.
Sport-specific training is great, but somehow Gavin (?) tries to defy the need for strength training and muscular hypertrophy, or just plain "getting stronger" ~
See how much you can take and then let me know, even if it's in a PM. I'm curious to see how many people here buy into his philosophy.
