the whole industry fraudulent and dangerous, Chinese protein powders rot you kidneys, they pretty much all source from china

Yep and remember that the supplement industry is unregulated. Which means the Chinese can put anything in that tub and unless people drop dead right then and there, nothing will be done about it. The fukcing Chinese have been caught poisoning products that are regulated let alone the supp industry.

Walmart is helping the Hierarchy in their population control agenda by selling products that may be tainted with who knows what to the poorer people of the world.

Buy some recognized high quality whey made in New Zealand or Ireland or wherever they are sourced from. I've heard of brands like Glanbia and Davisco.
You guys in the US can buy unflavored "raws" from some retailers.

I consider protein powders food. Processed yes, but so are many solid foods too, like cottage cheese, it doesn't come like that out of a cow.

I just bought some expensive Optimum Nutrition powders, supposedly a high quality brand.

I use the Body Fortress whey protein from at walmart. 2lbs for $16.

biggest thing I look for in protein powder is if I can not DREAD drinking the shit everyday.

the vanilla body fortress tastes good. I've been drinking it for 3yrs now.

it does have a bit of fat and carbs in it.

walmart protein comes from horse meat, i was told on getbig years ago.

true or false, i dont get it there.

That's like saying, Brazilian vendors use cat meat for their hot dogs which is a rumor in SP.  You know it's a byproduct of cheese/milk.  The main vitamin and powder producers are based in Utah.  The one guy above got it right it's the same shit, just comes down to flavor, so Walmart Whey is no worst chemically than BSN/Gaspari/Labrada/Optimum's bullshit they try to sell per 2 lb tub. Also, the other user is right it's another quick food source.  Personally, Trueprotein and the Organic producers are probably as close to perfect as you can get.

Since the supplement business is completely unregulated I have trouble believing that whey protein sellers are sourcing their powder from the US instead of China. Why would they pay a higher price? Remember the Chinese killed their own babies with impurities of poison in their own produced milk.

Whey protein has been found to be a source of dangerous heavy metals and even trace amounts of arsenic. This would point to China.

i think one scoop a day is the best you can do with protien powder

any more than that has no beneficial effects
even 1 scoop is going too far out from the shore.
Best part is you dp mot even know whats there in that powder.
I like the other supps (creatine, glutamine, bcaa's,etc).
