Unlikely. The guy is very aware of what health issues have resulted from his insane drug abuse.
Sure he knows. But you are underestimating the addiction. Now as he sits in prison if someone came up and said, here you can have 400mg of test a week plus 2iu's of growth per day. His mind would have reasoned something like this, "man I'm feeling really down, I have low test anyway and 400mg isn't that much, it'll perk me up, it can't be healthy being hypo anyway, might even help my organs". And if he was released with unlimited access he would have thought like this, "man, if I keep my BP under control then there is no reason not to use, I'll up the dosages and keep an eye on BP, use my CPAP machine every night... I'll be fine".... going to the gym and seeing his old friends all jacked up would only add to the pressure.
That's exactly how he would think, guarantee it.
On other forums there have been guys with hearth attacks, heart failure, livers all cut up due to adenomas etc. Every one of them has gone back to using. When the crisis hit at first they all swore to never use again. Then they start thinking, "wonder how much I could still get away with?"
