now 150 barbell on standing military press all the way down to collar bone i can only get about 6 reps
is everyone this back dominate, it must be all the range im pressing too
i was extra rested on thanksgiving because i didnt work and normally work everyday, i just wanted to feel what its like to be an asshole and lift for strength only
