come on man, the pres of the USA is scrutinized for wording, inflection, hand movments, and all that.  Everything the POTUS said is history.  Bush learned early on to STOP "winging it" while speaking, slowed down, and stuck to a script, wisely.  The reason obama has had fewer gaffes in the last 2-3 years is that he stopped trying to 'wing it'.   I wouldn't be surprised if we saw the same thing with Clinton. 

Shit on obama for a lot of things... but a teleprompter... most politicians use them.
