It seems I always vomit during a leg session or I get sick and feel like I'm gonna puke or shit my brains out the entire workout. I used to only get sick when I was younger if I REALLY pushed it hard but nowadays I get sick EVERY leg workout. Am i just a pussy?
I don't puke, but get close all the time. Let me ask you, how close to a leg work out are you eating, and what are you eating?

cramping is usually due to dehydration and low on sodium. prolly because sweating alot during legworkout. drink more water and have some sodium b4 training
