oldtimer, another thing.
eastern communist nblock germany was using widespread doping programmes in all sports, this is admited and proven and no secret.
the other communist nations did the same.
they now not communist anymore, you think those programmes stopped?
western germany, the non communist zone, has recently admitted to having had such programmes too, all financed by the state.
a swiss hammerthrower admited use too.was never tested postive.
the whole tour de france teams, the lot of them ,had freaking something liek blood dialysys every day during competitions, lol.
hell john mcenroe admited stroids, petr korda busted with deca, he was absolute twink.
and what about the hgh baseball players who need a bigger cap size every year and the ones who use prohormones(same thing as steroids hope this helps, look up the profiles)while they were "legal"?
i guess they have all been scarce, isolated coincidental cases
including the wodespread government programmes.
you think the jamaicsan brothers are the fastest sprinters bc they train that early on in school and all kjamaican tasty food buffets?
Of course there is doping in sports. East Germany back in the day was very skilled at beating the tests. You recreational steroid users that use to show off walking the streets rationalize that everyone in sport uses. It's because you can't get your fragile ego around the fact that you look like nothing without drugs. You just don't have the discipline to put forth the effort. When you fail you come out with anyone in shape is using drugs mantra. No, the majority of elite athletes are not using. Every single professional bodybuilder is.
Please don't post pictures of your temporary physique while you were juicing because the praise isn't coming from me. Show me a picture when you are training and 100% clean for a year. I been around the game long enough to know you will carry the pictures in your wallet to whip out to show everyone how you use to look for decades.
Bodybuilding attracts a lot of insecure individuals that will do anything to be praised for being a man including risking health. There is nothing wrong with pursuing fitness. Lifting weights and doing cardio could be one of the best things you could do for strength and health. What has it been turned into? Something to be mocked.
This week I will lift 4 times this week. I will run 4 or 5 times for the week. I couldn't win a Mr. Nothing contest but I'm in great shape. I look good in clothes and I'm healthy.
On a side note I was in a charity 5K about 8 years ago or so. The owner of the local gym who was a partial sponsor of the race told two of their trainers to enter the race. I know they are juicers. They finished the race in the back of the pack looking like they were within an inch of death and some of their chubby soccer mom clients came in ahead of them. Why did I bring this up? Just to saying don't be a drug using cosmetic athlete.
