hit the gym today at 2 pm. did 8 sets of pull downs, one arm rows, machine rows, close grip pull downs. a one hour work, sweated out all the shit i drank last night.
a great one hour workout. was going to hit up 5 guys next door to the gym, but i hate that franschise shit. hit up a burger stand by my house, got a nice combo burger
and fries, for some quick protein and carbs. went to the store and bought some flank steak on sale for later.
its going to be a good year boys:)
