Need help from a cell phone tech-wiz.. swapping internal SD for external SD

I have searched through XDA and the guys there always use tech-lingo that leaves me confused about what to do

I got a new cheap-O Samsung Exhibit 4G Metro phone... its pretty decent actually, basically a mini s3, but the memory is only about 1gb..
