Couldn't be more wrong.....  maybe if youre from Mexico/central America you don't have good genetics  but go to Cuba and or DR the average teenager there is taller and in better  shape than the average US white boy.

I have been there myself buddy... Ive seen  players both  amateur and professional for a little while .......

but to make it simple to you, Just Go to any gym in the states and then go visit some In the caribbean   even the woman eating garbage are in way better shape there ....and don't crack as fast as Caucasians do.

Alex was groomed by Conseco from an early age. forget steroids...Conseco  was the guy to bring serious weight training to baseball and changed the myth that weights would make you slow and inflexible when he became the biggest strongest and the fastest guy in the game. In Jose's book he even talks about going to bodybuilders for advice on how to use growth hormone. Mcgwire's brother was a competitive bodybuilder as well who designed mark's cycles.

The reason alex never looked impressive is because of his height. 6'4.

What utter bullshit. The only  reason you mexicans dominate in baseball is because  In the dominican republic baseball is these kid's way out of the ghetto and the fact is  white kids are pushed to get an education and even the ones who dont   are not going hungry any time soon...

Also let me add that  if the african american youth directed a 1/4 of the energy they put into football and basketball into baseball, your players would all be sent back home on a bus

The training changed though.   I've read many articles on it.  Canseco trained like a bodybuilder.  Rodriguez hired smarter people who train him for strength, speed, flexibility and explosiveness.

I remember once a trainer was complaining that the guys wanted to keep their waists small, and his counter was "baseball players need those muscles"

Go back to school buddy, im not talking about the broke ass toothless immigrant forced to leave everything behind to come to the USA, Also Mexicans maybe the (only latinos you know), are about 5'7" or less in average while Dominicans and Cubans are about 5'10"tall as I have been several times to both countries   You can go to school and still b strong fast and in good shape if you got the genetics......white trash are not pushed to go get education and yet look like shit.
