It's funny how when all these former bodybuilders stop competing, they look worse than the average Joe. Shawn Ray looks like a twink who has never worked out in his life and Ronnie Coleman is just a fat guy. Dave Palumbo's body has shrunk so much that his head (which just stayed big) looks like it belongs to a different person

Well one thing for sure his standout bodypart, the gut is even more standout than ever and his arse is even more gigantic than before.
Funny how when he flexes his arms nothing happens atall.
I wonder what criteria needs to be met if any to guest pose. I spose no one can stop him at his own show.
He must be deluded enough to think he looks good though, the bouncing through that whole routine is embarassing.

The real tragedy in all this is the fact he simply does NOT need to do this. Ronnie Coleman was the greatest Bodybuilder of all time.Period. I believe the issue lies with the fact that Ronnie is internally referenced to define himself as a bodybuilder, not an ex bodybuilder ( much like the boxer,who continues long after the skills have eroded) and feels that without bodybuilding he has no purpose.

seriously, I'm begining to pity this man....for all the Great things Ronnie has done in bodybuilding, he's watching himself reducing to this?....there is no shame in what he's doing. it's all business, but I thought there was a time when all Great champions realize when the race is over and there is no more fight for them.....Alas
