Tipping a driver

I wanted to know what etiquette was on tipping a driver. My wife and I came back from a trip and had a car service pick us up at the airport so we didn't have to do long term parking. Anyway, after we get home, she tipped him $10. Now, I know this isn't much, it was about 15%, but I took my own bags to the door. Before all of the "what the fuck is your wife doing making financial decisions", I want to know what you getbiggers expect from a car service, and what, if any, you tip. Just an FYI, we are good tippers, almost always tipping 20% unless you're a real douche.

Always go 20%, maybe a tad higher if the driver was decent, and I don't want to break bill and wait for change.

As far as car service, I always ask ahead of time if there are fees for trunk use, oversized luggage, etc.... In general, the only think I expect is that they are polite and efficient, everything else is an unexpected bonus.

I`m good to drivers, after they carry my bags I let them take pics with me and I waive the $20 fee as a tip.

I do the same when we would have to use long term parking, but the tip is generally ncluded in our fee for car service.
