to this day, his 96 German gp video is the most impressive combination of mass and conditioning ive ever seen.

People always want to point to 03 Ronnie, honestly the more pics of 03 I see the less impressed I am. Every time I see that 96 gp video im in awe of how thick he looks from every angle, coupled with an ungodly conditioning.

Plus his attitude, his outlook on training, nutrition, and gear, and his work ethic are all traits to be admired and emulated.

he was at his biggest 96/98 period shaved head yrs,he upped it all i think,,his waist was bigger tho a bit,,,people forget in 91 he was huge when he won nationals,his 1st mro he was way dieted sliced but much smaller then i guess he grew around the competition sometimes bigger/smaller/big legs/less legs he didn't care..
