I live in the south i have a hard time believing Africans have these great genetics anymore. Every black woman I see looks at least 50 pounds overweight the men all look fat and weak riddled with diabetes heart problems sickle cell high blood pressure. Maybe a small percent who are in athletics actually have good genes. They kill themselves off with violence food drugs and stupidity.

I find that to be true from observation

There seems to be no in between with blacks, u either have a Chris Cormier in one end or a Vince goodrum in the other

not trying to be funny but i have never heard of this. Where is the proof of this?

I know they can digest KFC much faster than normal people.

It's also easy to just lift weights 24/7 when u don't hold down a job and have all that free time  ;D

African American Negroes sure do have the genetics for mcdonalds, hot Cheetos and Kool-Aid. Especially the nigresses, hands down the most overweight and ugly group of females

High sodium diet, add in sugary products, poor food choices,  food deserts,  lack of activity and gluttony, culture (favoring bigger women) and genetics, and  you have an issue. Remember, these are descendants of slaves. You can't be overweight and out of shape working in the hot sun or high humidity of the South. Also, take a look back 40-50 years, you didn't see the level of obesity that you see now, or the level of inactivity. This goes for all races.
