I can understand bodybuilders working on glutes because in competition they are getting judged on all aspects of their physique but when average joe who with their dough ball physiques use that machine where you lean over and kick your legs back for 20 sets of 100 reps. What the fuck are they doing?
hm, i too,long thought doing the abdctor exercises was gay and not needed, but they def add to leg size and separation comes out better, bc some small muscles are developed which are untouched otherwise.
and with glutes, i just kinda train them when doing cardio on the stairmaster thing, i never btorhered before, and boom suddenly the legs and back way overpowered the glutes,that weird "no ass" look.
fixed that somewhat now, phew.
and women like it, good size muscular ass, some women with good taste will like it.
but overall its one of the biggest muscles, for symetry sake should be trained,and every bit helps to boost metabolism, i rather train a muscle group extra to have long term metabolism increase, rather than taking fatburners.
