Earlier this month a judge ruled that the FAA "lacks clear-cut authority to ban the commercial use of drones in the continental US," presumably rendering such activity legal until said authority is definitively established. I fully encourage Alice23 to unleash a drone army upon shizzo's bloated head whilst the legal opportunity still exists.
