1cm for 5kg then it might be worth considering.

90kg at that height is perfect imo, any heavier and you'll notice the weight will negatively affect your running and moving in general, any lighter and you'll become a weak skinny twink (speaking for myself), to the point were you will be very lean but flat and lift only 70-80% of your best.
Then again everyone is different, maybe some people carry more weight better, don't know.
