His white woman is taking care of all his needs in the mean time




Three days ago, on April 12, 2014, we learned that Shawn Rhoden had broken his foot - but in true Flexatron style, he remained positive and thankful for the good things in life and his strong support team. 

We checked in with Shawn to see how he's doing, and this is what he had to say:

"The past few days have been a learning experience. I give mad respect to those that have to use a wheelchair and/or crutches to get by day-to-day. I am even more motivated and will be pushing the limits to come back with a bang for this year's Olympia." ~ Shawn Rhoden
