Adonis diet is dangerous and unhealthy, the idea of eating what you want and watch your calories is nuts, this can lead to the body not getting enough vitamins minerals and antioxidants you might lose some weight but your joints are going to hurt and your body will eventually break down from improper nutrition.
Oh thats rich.  ::)

I can pull my Macro and Micro profile everyday if you want and it is more than adequate.

I'm glad you posted this. I started a diet that SoulCrusher sent me, and stuck with it for five weeks. Let me tell you, it worked and worked well. And, while I say I have strayed from it, and started using the fitness app, it was crucial for a guy like me who has never cared to watch what he eats. I lost 15lbs the first five weeks with his diet, which was great, but now I'm using more of an "Adonis principles" diet. This fitness app is great for a guy like me on the go, as it has a barcode scanner that tells you the caloric intake. My breakfast is still the same, with my mid morning snack still being rice and tuna, but I have just slacked up a bit on my afternoon snack or lunch. It is good for me, because my cholesterol was a bit high and I needed to get it under control, while slimming down for the summer.
