ronald coleman's arms are now 17,5"

Trying my best to get these 17.5in arms bigger, even working out on Saturday. It's all good, I'll be there in no time with these Satuday workouts, #yeahbuddy #lightweightbaby #

I think what Alucard was alluding to was the vid of Coleman's arms being measured as 21s in Korea or Japan....so, flawed logic being that his arms never got over that mark.

Who was the getbigger who used to post pages and pages of formulae explaining how arm size scales allometrically with height?  I believe it might have been Matt C.

Very believable that a deflated Cutler had 21inch arms, lol... Coleman most accurate measurement was the famous one in 2004, offseason at around 305lbs, 21.7inch... A 21 arm shredded in contest condition is enormous... It's not Coleman's fault if there are liars and liars that claim 22, 23 or 24 inch arms in bodybuilding...

Charles Poliquin used to say 15lbs muscle = 1 inch on arms. Not sure if he had tables but he said Arnold would have had to be 315lbs or something to have 23" arms (as claimed in PI).

Whole thread is pointless anyway, Isaac Nesser had biggest (and therefore best  ::) ::) ::) ::) ) arms ever. And he benched 23423982348lbs and he only ate twice a day. And was natural. Prob had a 20" cock too.

That's the stupidest calculation. everyone is built differently with different sized arms. Its all about genes, structure and response to exercise etc

What flawed logic? Coleman was at his biggest ever around that time (2003-2004), and slightly offseason... If you want believe that at some point in time he had 23-24inch arms, ok, fine with me...
