Cardio will boost metabolism throughout day and night. Tell Ronnie and Dorian cardio is useless for burning fat.
I think you will find Dorian didnt do much cardio normally, he only added it in if he felt he needed it.

45mins twice a day stationary bike or walking his dog from 12 weeks out to 2-3 weeks out this is what I heard.

I read and have seen videos where he talks about walking the dog but not the bike, maybe he did.

He did say he only did it if he was not losing as fast as he would like, he claimed it wasnt a given

X2 seems like every pro did some sort of cardio.  It's not strictly necessary for getting lean, true, but it helps, and it just promotes general health.

My blood pressure creeps up if I don't stay consistent with cardio

I do cardio mainly because I enjoy doing it. It helps with fat loss although I agree that I could get that same affect by just cutting calories further.

walking for 30 mins Outdoor is more fun goes by faster and will help you get lean....without  stress

It's also infinitely healthier to eat (for example) 3000 calories a day and burn 1000 above your basal metabolism than it is to eat 2000 and burn nothing, for a variety of reasons.

Perhaps this is not optimal for bodybuilding though.
