Which country, other than the USA, currently has a form of government that best represents your ideals?

Still the USA...all the others that might be great have bad gun laws....except maybe Switzerland.

I'd like to live in Minecraft.   Total conservative stronghold.  You build your own homes, you can kill people for food, and if you pay extra for mods, you are above the law.  Creepers = libs.

Bermuda (no taxes), but I hear you have to be from there to own property.
