nothing against fmw, other than he fuses to fight top contenders vs set up tomato cans, but he doesn't have a mortgage, buys everything cash.  He has four main houses, LA, NV, Miami and another location with 80 cars spread among them.

G5 and Yacht are money burners.  Even P Diddy said he cut the private plane BS because of cost.  In other words, that's a true billionaire's toy. Little Floyd isn't even close to Jordan, Magic or Tiger.  BTW, it's somewhere between 200-250M (CAREER) post-tax by Sept 2015, not at this moment minus what he has spent already and is spending currently.

It's just not the whores, the boxing club, other fighters, people he is putting into business, the family, etc.  There are a lot leeches around him.  Again, with his burn rate and gambling, it will be interesting in 10 yrs.

I think Tyson went through more money excluding the 50M Don King stole from him.  And Tyson has less leeches.

why the hell would his financial advisors allow him to purchase his homes without mortgages? it's one of the few tax advantages he has in his position.  ???

He's never made 500 mil pre tax or whatever

He's very rich that's obvious but prob in the 100+ mil cash in bank

But it doesnt seem like enough to finance his lifestyle in the long term

He doesn't have Dre kind of money but lives a lifestyle more suited for someone like Donald Trump that actually can do it

Yes Men don't advise, they just go along with what you say.

They had his pre-tax earnings to date at 325M with $80-$90M coming from the Canelo fight.  He has three fights left, just got $35M from Maidana.  B e a n e r s will foolishly buy Maidana II.  Euros will lap up Khan in April.  He just needs 150-175M pre-tax for the next 3 fights.  If Manny is shot enough or takes another KO, I'm willing to bet he takes the fight in 2015 for another Canelo type payday.  He's right up on 500M total earnings.

I'm taking a guess that he is a LLC since he has less than 150 employees, so he pays in the neighborhood of 40% on his earnings.  TMT is nothing but a clothing, accessories and BS lifestyle company.  Everything is done under Mayweather Promotions. Boxing gym, boxers, business start ups for whores, G5 for fight promotions, hotels, etc are some of the write offs.

This thread is too funny.

Nothing like a bunch of $30,000-$50,000 a year earning dorks scrutinizing in detail the wealth and spending habits of someone who wipes his ass with your annual income.

Who gives a fuck if this dude disappears off the face of the earth? You'll never meet Floyd it even attend his fights. He might as well be a fictional character. Zero bearing on your life yet you have pole smokers trying to add up his expenses.

Delusion of the highest order.

I couldn't clean my ass with that in Mission Valley, San Diego.  But thanks for the thoughts.  Speculation is always fun.  Now, go wash your TMT gear.

Mark Zuckerberg and wife give 120 million to California schools.
Mayweather buys himself a new watch and car.
One doesn't have to give anything, it is your money. But, one can change things with one's money. Or change the color of interior of your million dollar home, it's your choice.

What you clearly don't understand is that when change the color of the interior of your house you pay someone. You give him job and amply reward him for his job.

I have been more fortunate than many others myself financially and believe me, I am all for charity and sharing your fortune. But you have to realise that:

a) Money isn't everything and without your supervision your money is more than likely to be wasted/stolen.
b) Buying is also a way of "giving".

My approach to this problem is: help people in your own community, fuck charities. By helping less fortunate in your local community, especially kids, fighting hunger and poverty you reduce crime. Everyone benefits from that, including you.

As for their parents, giving them job is always a better option than just "giving". For example letting them change the color of your house.

They need motion or they can be hand wound. Many with collections put them on watch winders.

Hahaga! Funny that the only c00n in the thread feels threatened over a shitty yearly income & has to comment.

No wonder all the backs in this country are living below poverty. You all think that having wealth and money means spending it on stupid frivolous shit as fast as it comes in. For some wierd reason when blacks see another black person succeed and "make it" they feel that they themselves have made it. Living vicariously through someone else.

And the cycle continues...

I understand about one paying an interior decorator to change the color of one's house. But, a person can do it themselves. Many have. I wasn't being literal.
You missed the point, which was what I have said before. And I agree with you. Help the people in your community by giving to the impoverished school districts. Have a plan and a vision. You can still buy cars and watches. But, take up something that is bigger than you. But, sometimes the ego gets in the way, and nothing can be bigger than certain people's egos (Kanye). I believe that this is what truly separates the great men from those who merely focus on ego centric greatness.

Again, it's his money. He can do what he wants.

Oh I see, I have a $100 Kenneth Cole watch that works on motion too, annoying but better then getting a battery put in it

My phone has a clock and doesn't need motion to keep the time correct. It has a battery.
Mayweather may want to look into upgrading his timepiece so he doesn't have to pay someone to wind his watch. The battery would do all of the work for him.

a fine swiss automatic is the only piece of jewelry a man should wear, aside from a wedding ring.

pinky rings, big gold/diamond chains, big 3ct stud earrings are jus tniggerish.

rarely do i look at my watches to see what time it is... hell, i usually don't even bother setting them to the proper time (i don't use a watch winder  :-\ ). at most i'll look at it to check the date if it has a big bubble date window (panerai and GMTII)

The mortgage interest rate deduction is only good for up to $1 mil on a primary or secondary residence. It's pretty pointless for someone with an 8-9 figure or more net worth who is buying a home for many millions or tens of millions to mortgage a small LTV of it just to get a tax break on the interest paid on a small fraction of the value.

http://www.irs.gov/publications/p936/ar02.html

The wealthy use things like muni bonds and certain types of variable life insurance to get tax-free interest / appreciation. They may also use variable annuities to defer taxes or pass large amounts of money to beneficiaries outside of the estate.

Of course the IRA / 401k / SEP is another tool to defer taxes for everyone not Roth-eligible, but because of the relatively small annual contribution limits, they are of less importance to the wealthy than they are to the lower and middle class - much like the mortgage interest deduction.
