Hardcore bodybuilding training is dying
« on: June 09, 2014, 02:50:08 PM »
The new pros training is boring as fuck when I am on youtube I got to go old school to see hard training ronnie, dorian etc, of the current pros completing only johnnie jackson and branch warren bring it everytime, when they retire that will be it, all that is lift is just a bunch of lazy pros crawling from machine to machine.

Respect to branch and johnnie for keeping it real.

And tear every possible muscle/tendon so that you will end like a trainwreck (Branch, Ronnie, Yates, etc)? No thanks (no homo)

You guys are crazy so you are telling me that if I warm up properly and go hard on a set to failure 10 to 12 reps I will injure my tendons that does not make sense.

I don't take kindly to disrespect. not on the internet, not in person, not in a grocery store parking lot, not in like at walmart, not in a restaurant, not at the beach, not at the dry cleaners... anywhere.

ppl talk about the 'pussyfication' of America, yet they run their mouths thinking they won't get slapped and get their arm broken in front of their friends.

spent many yrs in a place where if you talk slick and say something out of line to somebody, you know that when you say it, you better be ready for what happens. most ppl here in the 'real world', aren't ready for what could happen.. and run their mouths like the world is a make believe cartoon. despite wearing nice slacks, polished shoes and a nice shirt, the guy you steal that parking spot from at the grocery store and proceed to flip off, may have just gotten out of prison and will have no problem identifying they bitch in you and proceed to teach you a lesson by taking you down to the ground and kicking out your teeth before you even know what happened.

the guy who's willing to go the furthest, wins. if you're not willing to go all the way, it's best you keep your mouth shut and move on, and make it to the next day.

That seems like a lot actually.  But I grow on 500 mg a week on up. It's all relative.

That is called learning. It seem to me that bodybuilding scene is learning, that "hardcore" training isn't the best way to do it, so they have find more efficient way. And furthermore, they seem to be just on time with it, because they have ruin many generations of amateur builders by bad example. For example: When Dorian, with his beaten up and broken in many ways- body, start to do bent over rows by standing upright, it fast came to be only right way to do it, and that's why we have these days so many bodybuilders, who have enormous upper back and trapezius, but nothing in lower lats, like Wolf. Dorian did it because of the torn down and broken muscles in his body, he could not do it in any other way, and all the teenagers copy that right away. This is how it goes. Dorian was one of the greatest bodybuilders, but still bad example for novices, just like Ronnie etc. superheroes, who we see training in the videos. King Tamali is another great example, because no one who has seen his training video, doesn't want to copy anything he does. Why? Because he is training like an idiot, and anybody can see that. Same time in Finland IFBB Pro Marko Savolainen has became a prophet for training by clean and efficient range of motion, and with the perfect form? What the hell?? He has done side laterals with the 120lb dumbbells, and now he is preaching for moderate weights and perfect form to lift?

Its the first time I am taking this much before I was doing 750mg of test with dinabol or anavar, but I decide to step it up for the cutting because I want to get down to 8 percent and I dont want to lose too much weight doing it.
