Been gorging several times a week for months now. Always followed by a 14-20 hour fast with fasted workouts. Yesterday had 3 servings kashi go lean cereal w almomd milk,5 belvita cinnamon bars covered in flax pb,the jar of pb (190calsx14),bottle of guiness,1lb of hoisen bbq chicken,1/2 lb of hawaiin poke(raw fish) ,3 power crunch bars (200 cals each) and a bag of dehydrated bananas and mango. This is just an example. Over the course of 2 hours. Been eating like this often with lots f fiber and with fasting have not put on any body fat. Anyone else notice eating lots of fiber helps with this?
