You know there is something very profound I think about when dieting:  in order for me to gain fat I need to insert a certain amount of food in my mouth, as long as I don't do that then I will 100% not gain fat.

Please don't call it a disease. Cancer is a disease, and no one can diet off or out-exercise cancer. These people have no restraint when it comes to food, they eat everything not nailed to a table and then blame books for making them fat because they didn't follow the book's advice. Are some diet books complete horseshit? YES. But a person who truly wants to get in shape and healthy will seek out the truth and filter out the bullshit.

You're right. I didn't mean it in the sense that it is a disease that strikes randomly and is preventable I just meant that there are major health consequences of it. Obesity is not just a vanity issue.
