Thanks. I am doing great.  I took a year+ off from all training.....I broke my foot & ankle twice last year.  No big deal, b/c I am back now & just enjoying life.  I will post some pics up later.  Thank God for genetics.

Very funny.  Sorry, wish that I had a better story for ya.

1st time:  Slip n fall at 4am, trying to find the bathroom, total darkness, pissed off & pissed on at the same time, ER.

2nd time:  Took the removable cast off, went to sleep, jumped out of bed & forgot that my foot/ankle were broken, ER again.

One year out of the gym.  I was not a happy camper.

Here is a pic after I finally got the ok to train again.  End of story.
